What we collect

When you send the consultation form we receive your name, phone number, and anything else you choose to give: your email address, the property location, the number of units and your message.

When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email we receive your number or address and what you send us.

Why we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry and to discuss managing your property. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to marketing lists.

Who else handles it

Form messages are received and stored by our website hosting provider, which may store them outside Kenya. Messages you send by WhatsApp are carried by WhatsApp. We do not share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to respond and follow up. If you become a client, we keep the details needed to manage your property for as long as we work together and as the law requires after that.

Your rights
